Follow the steps below to manually book a customer on an event (for example if they come in to the facility and ask to book an event):
Go to Back Office (blue module) > Events. Mark the event and click on "Book"
Select the person you want to book > Click on "Next"
If you want to add more participants to the same order, you will get the option to do that now - if not, just click on "Next"
When the booking is completed you will get the option to either invoice the booking, or to "open in order panel". If you click on "open in order panel" the order will be opened in Resource Planner. From there you can take the booking to Point Of Sale if the customer wants to pay for the event immediately.
