Follow the steps below if you experience issues with receiving card payments.
Log out of BRP
Close BRP Hardware Proxy on the computer by right clicking on the icon in the lower right corner and press “Exit”
Unplug the card terminal’s power cord (from the terminal), wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Note! If you have a Nets terminal, press and hold the yellow Clear-button and the .,’-button to restart it instead.
Start BRP Hardware Proxy (Press the Windows key and search for BRP Hardware Proxy)
Log in to BRP
If this doesn’t resolve the problem, please contact our support team. Make sure to have Teamviewer ready on the computer that is connected to the card terminal and find out what type of payment card terminal you have.
