“Wrong username or password”
Ask your supervisor to reset your password by following these steps:
Your supervisor logs into their BRP account
Go to Back Office > Persons. Find your account
Click on the “Person” tab > Make sure your email address is correct
If email address is correct, click on “Change password”
If you don’t have access to your supervisor, follow the steps below:
Go to your GoActive! website
Click on Log in
Click on “Forgot password”
“No access to module”
This means your role is set to not have access to the specific module you are trying to log into.
Check the browser search bar to see which module you are trying to log into. For example: If you are trying to access Point of Sale but the browser search bar says Configuration, open up Point of Sale instead and log in there.
If you need access to the module you are trying to log into, contact your supervisor to add the module to your role.
Note! Due to security reasons, BRP Support are not allowed to assist you with changing your password.
