Create and use a coupon code

Subscription:

  1. "Requires membership": Mark this if the customer should be required to have another subscription which gives membership to be able to buy this subscription

  2. Choose a subscription contract under "Report template for automatic printout in register"

  3. Debit interval: How often the customer should be debited for this subscription

  4. Price warranty length: States the length of the subscription's price warranty

  5. Adjust payment to end of month

    1. "No" - No adjustment to end of month. The first debit begins at the start of the subscription and one debit interval ahead

    2. "Extra month after the 15th" - If the subscription starts between 1-15th, the first debit will be until the end of the current month. If the subscription starts between 16th-31st, the first debit will include the remaining days of the current month + the whole next month

    3. "Extra month after the 10th" - If the subscription starts between 1-10th, the first debit will be until the end of the current month. If the subscription starts between 11th-31st, the first debit will include the remaining days of the current month + the whole next month

    4. "Always an extra month" - The first debit includes the remaining days of the current month + the whole next month regardless of when the subscription starts

    5. "Always include two extra months" - The first debit includes the remaining days of the current month + two months ahead

    6. "Delayed first EFT-transaction" - If the subscription starts between 1-15th, the first debit will be until the end of the current month. If the subscription starts between 16th-31st, the first debit will include the remaining days of the current month + the whole next month. In addition to this, the "debited until" date will be set to one extra month ahead. E.g. a subscription that costs 300 SEK per month is signed on 18 of March. The first debit will be from 18/3 - 30/4. "Debited until" date will however be set to 31/5 and the first EFT-transaction will be for June but the customer will be charged twice the amount, 600 SEK (which covers the fee for May and June)

    7. "Current month" - The first debit includes the current month, regardless of when the subscription starts

  6. "Automatic interval": Mark this if the subsciption automatically should be renewed after every debit interval

  7. "Include in debit routine": Should be marked for all subscriptions that isn't fully paid for when signed, e.g. an EFT subscription that is paid monthly

  8. Type of payment method: Select the payment method of the subscription (single payment, RCP or EFT)

  9. Subscription length: Specifies for how long the customer commits to paying for the subscription, regardless of how often the subscription is debited.

  10. Termination time: Specifies how long the customer needs to pay after cancelling the subscription.

  11. "Adjust cancellation to end of month": If you check this box, the customer needs to pay the whole month, regardless of which day the subscription is cancelled
