Create a group activity/class


  1. Go to Configuration > Products > Products

  2. Click on + (plus sign) > Click on "Class" > Click on "Select"

Base information:

  1. Enter a name for the class

  2. Enter a description (this will be visible on the app/web if you choose to publish the class there)

  3. Choose a product group. This will determine where you can choose this product in other contexts

  4. Mark the "Bookable via internet" box to make it possible to book this class via the web/app

Accounting:

  1. Select an account

  2. VAT group will automatically be selected depending on what account you choose

  3. Click on "Save"

Resource requirements:

  1. Click on + (plus sign) to add rooms/locals and instructors that should be able to hold the class (this will be done seperately, once for the rooms and once for the instructors)

  1. Choose "Staff" or "Local/Room" under resource type

  2. Mark "Fix length" and enter for how long the resource should be booked when the class is booked

  3. Enter which resource that should be able to hold the class. Add a resource label or unmark the "All resources of selected type" box > click on the pen next to "Individual resources" to add resources

  1. Mark the "Visible to customer (in kiosk)" and "Selectable on the internet" box

  2. Click on "OK"

  1. Do the same thing again for the resource you haven't created yet, i.e. the room or staff resource. When you are done you should have two lines under resource requirements:

Class:

  1. Mark the "No rights necessary" box, as long as it's not a special class where only members with special subscriptions should be able to book

  2. Add a booking rule. This will determine when your members should be able to book the class

  3. Enter number of slots. The amount you choose here will be pre-selected when planning the class, however it can be changed then as well

  4. If you want late/no arrival to the class to have consequences (e.g. block bookings) then you need to mark the "Use check presence" and "Automatic cancellation of noshows" box

    1. Note! If you haven't previously used automatic cancellation of noshows, you need to contact our support to have this configured. Click here to read more about the settings regarding noshow.

Media:

  1. Click on the pen next to "Main image" to upload a picture which will be shown on the web/app. Click here to read more about uploading images.

Facilities:

  1. Click on the pen if you want this class to be available on several facilities
