Plan a class in Resource Planner


  1. Go to Resource Planner

  2. Mark the time period on the room/resource where the class will be

  3. Choose "Class" > click on "Next"

  1. Choose the person who is planning the class (usually yourself) > click on "Select"

  1. Choose which class you are planning under "Product"

  2. Make sure the date and time is correct. If not, this can be changed here

  3. If you wish to have a standing class at the same time for several months, mark the "Repeat" box (more information about this further down)

  4. "Number of participants" and "Local" should automatically be correct if you have set up the group activity product correctly in Configuration. However, this can be changed here if needed

  5. Select the instructor which is going to hold this class

  6. Anything you write under "Internal message" is only visible for your staff, and anything you write under "External message" is visible to your customers/members. It's not mandatory to write anything here'

  7. Click on "Complete"

If you choose to repeat the class:

  1. After clicking on "Repeat", select the interval you want the class to repeat, e.g. you want the class to be planned every Thursday for six months

  2. "Repeat every X week" should be set to "1" if the class should be repeated every week, and set to "2" if it should be repeated every other week (and so on)

  3. Click on "Next"

  1. Click on "Complete". If done right you should see all the planned classes in the order panel to the right:
