How to create a value card which will be invoiced by usage:
Go to Configuration > Products > Products
Open or create a value card product. The price of the value card should be 0 (zero).
Choose “Product” under “Type of value card”
Check the “Invoice usage” box
Add the entry product that will be used for this value card under “Products”
The price of the entry product will be the price that will be invoiced per clip/use afterwards.
How to sell this value card and make it available for several people within an organization:
Sell the value card in the register to one of the people in the organization. Price and number of clips should be 0 (zero).
Go to Back Office > Persons and find the person you sold the value card to.
Go to the “Member” tab and click on the value card > choose “Valid for everybody within organization”
Make sure everyone who will be using the value card is added to the organization
If only a few people in the organization will use the value card you can instead add these people under “Users”.
Since the amount of clips is 0 (zero), the value card will have a negative amount of clips when used which you invoice afterwards (usually once a month).
