To have a person completely removed from BRP, you need to anonymize their profile. To do this you need a role with the right to mark people for anonymization. It will not be possible to remove a person with an active subscription, undebited bookings or a value card with remaining value (including inactive value cards).
Follow the steps below to remove a person from BRP:
Go to Back Office > Persons. Find the profile you want to remove
Mark the person and click on the trash can button
The person is now marked for anonymization, but the person is not yet removed. To finalize the anonymization and remove the profile - click on "GDPR" and "Complete anonymization". To do this you need a role with the right to complete anonymization
Undo anonymization
Go to Back Office > Persons. Find the person
Mark the profile and click on GDPR > Unmark for anonymization
Note! This is only possible if the anonymization hasn't been completed. Once anonymization has been completed you can no longer undo it.
