Follow the steps below to activate the Overview tab on your customer cards.
Note! To activate this, your role needs the "Staff - Roles" right.
Go to Configuration > Staff and resources > Roles
Click on the role you want to activate the Overview tab on. Scroll down and check the "Person overview tab" box
Unfreeze, freeze and cancel subscriptions from the Overview tab
How to activate
It is possible to freeze, unfreeze and cancelling your customers' subscriptions from the overview tab. Follow the steps below to activate this feature:
Go to Configuration > Staff and resources > Roles
Click on a role, scroll down and check the "Next generation wizards" box
Click on the pen in under "Next generation wizard options" to add the features
How to use
From the person Overview tab in Back Office, click on the three dots next to the customer's subscription. From there you will have the option to freeze, unfreeze or cancel the subscription.
