Refund in Point of Sale


  1. Click on the button "Refund and previous purchases"

  1. Find the purchase you want to refund. You can find the purchase by searching for the date of the purchase, the receipt number, the product or the customer. You can also filter on the register unit used for the purchase.

  2. Select the purchase and click on "Refund"

  1. The product will now be added with a negative amount. Click on "Pay" and choose the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
