Our web camera is not working


  1. Make sure the camera is not broken - is the LED lit?

  2. Restart the camera

  3. Review the browser settings by following the steps below:

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner > click on “Settings”

  1. Search for “Site settings” > click on “Camera”

  2. Make sure “sites can ask to use the camera” is checked and that BRP is not under the “Not allowed to use your camera” tab.
