Make sure the camera is not broken - is the LED lit?
Restart the camera
Review the browser settings by following the steps below:
Browser settings
Open Google Chrome
Click on the three dots in the top right corner > click on “Settings”
Search for “Site settings” > click on “Camera”
Make sure “sites can ask to use the camera” is checked and that BRP is not under the “Not allowed to use your camera” tab.
