Go to Back Office > Persons, and create a fictional person which later will have the EFT-authorization. A suggestion is to name the profile the name of the organization. If you have an age limit on direct debit, this fictional person needs to be the corresponding age. However, leave the “personal number” field blank.

Go to the “Finance” tab and add an EFT-authorization.

1. Enter 00 + the company registration number instead of personal number under “Account holder”

2. Enter the same number under "Direct debit payer number"

Add the fictional person as the “payer” on the subscription that is to be paid through direct debit.
