Add a profile for both the person who will use the subscription and the person who will pay for the subscription in Back Office.
When adding the subscription to the user, choose the person who will pay for it in the “payer” column. Click on the symbol to the right to search for the person.
If the subscription is paid through direct debit or recurring card payment (RCP) the EFT or card authorization should be added to the payer’s profile.
