Find lagging/late subscriptions


  1. Go to Back Office > Debiting > Debit subscriptions

  2. Choose a date and select the "Late" box > Search

Direct debit subscriptions

  1. Go to Back Office > Debiting > Debit direct debit subscriptions

  2. Choose state "Have consent, lagging" > Search

  3. Choose state "Missing consent, lagging" > Search

RCP subscriptions

  1. Go to Back Office > Debiting > Debit RCP subscriptions

  2. Choose state "Have consent, lagging" > Search

  3. Choose state "Missing consent, lagging" > Search

Note! If there are subscriptions missing consent (EFT or card authorization), the reason for this should be checked before debiting the customer. Otherwise no money will be drawn and the customer must pay the invoice manually.
